How Do I Use In-Game Chat?!

Enjoy the game very much. I wish, however, that I knew how to use the in-game chat. Other players send me messages thruout; mostly in Russian.

Also, I wish the game could slow down a little. It gets frenetic, not allowing me time to really assess the strength of my opponents hands.

But I like this game very much! Its the best of its kind! Much better than video poker - lame .
